Senior Physical Education for Queensland Second Edition has been updated and carefully revised to fully align with the new 2025 syllabus.

An engaging new format with smaller, easily digested chapters provides greater opportunities for students to test and revise their knowledge, reflects teaching requirements, simplifies lesson planning and directly aligns with the syllabus dot points.
Updated ‘Check In’, ‘Engage’, and ‘Active Investigation’ activities are closely aligned to the structure of the syllabus, and the unit objectives being addressed are clearly identified by icons.
New exam-style, end-of-chapter reviews help students to revise and consolidate their knowledge and understanding, as they become familiar with the types of questions they’ll encounter in their exam.
An extensively revised digital-only assessment chapter helps students develop critical skills for their individual assessment tasks and prepare for their external examination. This chapter will be updated as QCAA introduces changes.
New videos to support and guide students through assessment tasks are now included in the Interactive Textbook.
Editable graphic organisers for learning activities, now included in the Teacher Resource Package, provide important support for successfully understanding and responding to cognitive verbs.

Offline Textbook

The downloadable offline version of the student text enables students to take notes, highlight key passages, and bookmark pages. It is available from Cambridge GO using the unique 16-character code that is included with the purchase of the Print Textbook and the Interactive Textbook.

Teacher Resource Package

Downloadable teacher support materials are available for purchase separately as a unique 16-character code. Once purchased the resources can be downloaded through a Cambridge GO teacher account and stored on your school network.

The Teacher Resource Package can be accessed via Cambridge GO, using the enclosed 16-character access code. The code may be activated once only in one unique teacher account. Downloaded materials may be placed on your school network for use by other teachers at your school and are available through Cambridge GO for a period 5 years after activation.

The Interactive Textbook and Offline/PDF Textbook are not included in the Teacher Resource Package. These are available via the access code on the inside of your teacher copy of the student book or available for purchase separately from our online store or your Education bookseller.

Interactive Textbook (2 year access)

The online version of the student text delivers a host of interactive features to enhance the teaching and learning experience of the student text. It is accessed online through Cambridge GO using a unique 16-character code supplied with the Print Textbook, or available for purchase separately as a digital-only option.

The Interactive Textbook is available as a two-calendar-year subscription. Your subscription term is defined as follows: if activation occurs between January and July of this year, subscription concludes on 31 December in the following year. If activation occurs between August and December of this year, subscription concludes on 31 December in the year after the following.
