Congratulations to Rachel Zhu who has won the 2017 VCE Checkpoints Photo Competition!

The photo below, which also won the June "Night" prize has won Rachel the grand prize is a Nikon D5300 DSLR Camera with 2 lenses. Congratulations Rachel!
