Winner of the VCE Checkpoints Competition

Congratulations to Spencer Cameron who has won the 2016 VCE Checkpoints Photo Competition!

The photo below, which also won the June "Winter" prize has won Spencer the grand prize is a Nikon D5300 DSLR Camera with 2 lenses. Congratulations Spencer!
